EnsosEducation is an app for schools, colleges, universities, academies and education
authorities that require a safe, secure and confidential reporting environment for
students, teachers and support staff to speak out safely.
EnsosEducation comprises of suite of applets, specifically designed to enable speaking out and sharing information surrounding personal experiences and witnessed events. User options allow for anonymization and two-way communication with named and unnamed users. The apps can be used in the safety and comfort, and at any time when connected to the internet.
Our apps will help bring light to the dark corners in education, organisations or communities. They are purposeful in the design and function:
myGuardian - used for recording safeguarding concerns in line with an organisation’s
safeguarding policies and procedures.
Flag - used for recording people behaviours in the workplace e.g. bullying, harassment, orisms.
Spot – used for recording physical environment issues in the workplace e.g. trip hazards, maintenance, device function or performance.
Whistle - used for recording legal and regulatory governance compliance e.g. fraud, insider trading or malpractice and is processed within the organisation as laid out in their whistleblowing policy.
And designed to enable the individual to easily share their experiences and observations surrounding events. A user can share information in various ways with options of:
- Highlighting (an alternative to a report) an event
- Submit a suggestion (an alternative to report)
- Discussion (explore whether a report should be made)
- Report a concern
- Give feedback via survey questions

SPEAKING OUT AND SPEAKING UP IN EDUCATION
There has been plenty of news in the media about speaking up and raising concerns, which is a positive social and cultural movement where we hope to see speaking out is the norm, and there is less need for speaking out with risks to the whistleblower.
